  Shipment of purchased items will be processed withing 3 to 5 regular business days.
  
  RISK OF LOSS
  All items purchased from NEF are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.



• Return Policy
• Returns on materials will only be accepted in the following fashion:
  
  - Within 30 days of the order date.
  - The materials must be returned in a new/unused condition.
  - Receipts must be provided by the customer
  - No postage will be reimbursed by National Energy Foundation.
  - Refunds will be given in the same form of payment as which NEF received.
  - Refunds will be given upon NEF receiving the materials from the customer.
  



• Miscellaneous
• TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
  In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, NEF shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. NEF shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, NEF shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
  
  PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
  NEF attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, NEF does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
